Out of around 150 countries,Turkey has made it into the top 10 best countries for expats according to a current survey. Turkey has ranked in seventh place after Switzerland, Singapore, Canada, Spain, New Zealand and Australia.
Turkey has also come in first in the survey in the categories of “cultural, open and welcoming” and “ease of settling in.”
There are more than 18,000 expats living in different countries. The expats where surveyed on culture, politics and economic conditions.
The survey showed that 62% of expats in Turkey stated the quality of life was much better living in Turkey and 69% stated that Turkey was a safe place and that the people are very friendly towards foreigners.
