As the cost of living continues to play a significant role in people’s daily lives, especially if they live in the UK, it’s no surprise that most people are looking for cheap holiday destinations in which they can enjoy a relaxing vacation without it breaking the bank.
Turkiye has recently been revealed as one of those preferred alternatives with tourism numbers already into the high millions and on an even better note, three of the top ten cheapest beaches in Europe can be found here.
According to the study by Omio, who visited 75 beaches across Europe, price comparisons were made on some of the most consumed items on a beach which included Ice Cream, Water and Beer. Look into the results, and you’ll find that Cleopatra beach in Alanya actually hit top spot, where you can try all three of the above for less than €2.50! Side Halk Beach in Side was also on the list, as was Yasi Beach in the tourist hot spot of Bodrum which came in 8th place.
