About the location……

This three bed Duplex is in a great location overlooking lovely Mavişehir. It is to the north of Altinkum at the top of Marina Road close to the Ancient Temple of Apollo.

Mavişehir has a lovely waterfront with an evening market throughout the summer months. It is a quiet resort with small bars and restaurants scattered along the front. A local Dolmus can take you into Mavişehir or the main resort of Altinkum.

Altinkum offers three main beaches which are main beach, second and third beach. The latter is popular for scuba diving, and second beach is ideal for watersports. While the busiest, especially during the height of summer, is main beach and this is probably because of its location in the centre beachfront promenade of Altinkum.

There is also has the fabulous D marina, which enjoys a yachting club with up market restaurants and designer shops. You can spend a day at the Marina Yacht Club or its Beach Club and be pampered, a little holiday treat, and restricted on numbers so you will never be hustling for space.

Altinkum is also great for shopping. It has three main supermarkets which sells local and international foods. A weekly market is held on a Wednesday and Saturday which are extremely popular because they sell organic fruit and veg at cheap prices.

Altinkum also offers a fantastic variety of great bars and restaurants dotted along the modernized front. In the evening you can take a pleasant stroll along the seafront before dining in one of the fabulous roof top restaurants and enjoy the stunning views across the Bodrum Peninsula.
