Kargicak is a charming village that still exudes its old-world charm and offers breath-taking views of the Mediterranean and the highlands of the Taurus Mountains. The distance between Kargicak Village and the centre of Alanya is 15 kilometres.

Alanya town is filled with great amenities. There is the old harbour filled with lively bars and great restaurants, there is a variety of lovely boutiques, as well as a Bazaar with some smaller shops and local markets. 

For those who enjoy history, why not visit the Archaeology and Ethnography Museum or check out the Alanya Castle. Take in the history and enjoy the amazing 360 degree views. After you have visited the castle take a stroll down to the harbour and explore the Red Tower which was built in 1226 to protect the castle. Also nearby is the Old Shipyard which is also worth checking out. 

If you prefer just to wind down and relax in the sunshine then spend a day sunbathing on one of Alanya’s fabulous blue flag beaches.
