Alanya is on Turkey’s southwest coast, with its harbour and castle. These Medieval buildings are perched on a rocky peninsula that splits the town’s sandy beach into two.
A cosmopolitan mix of lively bars runs along the waterfront. With its two Blue Flag beaches are separated by a towering peninsula. Cleopatra Beach, on the western side, is the more popular of the two. It’s a 2-kilometre stretch of sand with a dramatic view of the castle.
The Eastern Beach has slightly rockier water’s edge. The nightlife is famous; the disco bars are a good place to grab a drink in the evening before the major clubs along the harbour get going around 11pm.
The town of Alanya is concentrated around the old harbour where you will find lively bars and restaurants, most of which stay open all year round.

Alanya Castle and Cave-

Enjoy wild nature, some shopping in a busy market town and then a relaxing cruise down the Manavgat River to the sea as you sail past reed beds and sandy beaches.
