During a recent trip to Istanbul with his son Romeo Beckham, former England legend David Beckham met the Beşiktaş women’s football squad.
The meeting took place in the first week of February; the team members met the Manchester United icon and co-owner of Inter Miami, a Major League Soccer (MLS) team. He gladly signed autographs and posed for pictures.
David Beckham used his time in Istanbul to meet with the Beşiktaş Women’s Football Team players. On social media, Beckham posted special moments from this visit, when he also engaged with the players, and had many pictures taken with them.
According to reports, Beckham is travelling to the Turkish city with his son Romeo in order to film an advertisement. Romeo and his fiancée, Gray Sorrenti, a photographer based in New York, visited some of Istanbul’s most famous tourist destinations while senior Beckham was occupied with the Beşiktaş visit.
