Situated on a 278,214 square metre plot between Didim and Akbuk in Fevzipasa will be a brand new luxurious 5 star hotel, The Akra Didim, which is due to open April 2026.
A total of 1000 people are planned to be employed for the construction of Akra Didim and during the operation period there is said to be 600 personnel. It has been reported that the project is said to be costing around 2.7 billion TL.
Reports have stated that the hotel will host a capacity of 498 rooms with a total of 996 beds. There is said to be 285 rooms located in the main building. There is said to be Adult Villas with 63 rooms, Pavilion Village Family with 58 rooms and Holiday Long Stays offering 92 rooms. The Akra Didim will be providing 12 months of year round service.
The hotel will feature A La Carte restaurants, a snack bar, an outdoor swimming pool, a kid’s club, a wellness centre, a conference hall, a sports centre as well as tennis and basketball courts and there will also be a parking lot.
