So what has Antalya got to offer at a glance…………….
Sat on the western coastline it is Turkey’s third largest city, and combines all the beauty of the Turquoise coast and with big city appeal.
This is a city of contrasts, visit the old city of Kaleici, with lovely restored Ottoman houses set in rows up small alleyways, the Roman Harbour has the best views you will find anywhere, and there are some fabulous waterfalls just a stone’s throw away.
From Antalya, you can explore in either direction , further to the east visit the Top Golfing Resort of Belek, or the Beach Resorts of Alanya and Side, or why not travel West to the upmarket resort of Kalkan, or smaller resorts hidden away and less well known, Kas and Kemer.
And of course there is plenty inland as this country is vast and needs a visit for sure….
