What is Belek in Turkey like?
The Turkish Riviera city of Belek is situated 30 kilometres to the east of Antalya. A luxurious resort called Belek is encircled by pine forests and white sand beaches. Golf is what it is actually known for. Tiger Woods and other well-known golfers have helped put Belek on the golfing map during the past five years, increasing the number of yearly visitors from thousands to tens of thousands. A driving range, three putting greens, two chipping and pitching greens, and separate practice facilities are all part of the club’s David Leadbetter Academy.
The Montgomerie Maxx Royal Golf Course
Additionally, there is the Montgomerie Maxx Royal Golf Course, which was undoubtedly created in 2008 by renowned golfer Colin Montgomerie. One of Belek’s largest facilities, this course has been dubbed one of the world’s most thrilling and exquisite golf courses. The 104 acres of lakes and pine woodland contain the 18-hole course. The club house is one of the nicest in Belek and has a huge patio with views of the golf course and the surrounding area. It also serves an incredible variety of food.

If history is more your thing than golf, consider organising a day trip to one of the neighbouring archaeological sites, such as the Roman Amphitheatre at Aspendos or the colonnaded avenues of the ancient Greek city of Perge.
What are the beaches like in Belek?
The beaches in Belek provide a variety of water sports and beach activities, including sailing, windsurfing, and water skiing, making them a perfect place to spend a sunny day relaxing. You can also take advantage of Belek Beach Park, a brand-new waterfront recreation. You may enjoy the loungers, restrooms, fantastic restaurants, water activities, and boat cruises for a modest price.

Belek is home to numerous five-star hotels that provide excellent food. Turkish and international cuisine is served at the National Golf Club’s highly regarded restaurant. Eating is quite reasonably priced compared to most of Europe, making it more reasonable to frequent fine dining venues.
The 5,000 square metres Spa and Wellness Center at the Voyage Belek Golf & Spa hotel offers a variety of therapies and cosmetic procedures. A variety of therapies are offered at the Rixos Premium Belek Royal SPA, including hydrotherapy for intense relaxation.
A little town called KADRIYE is situated close to Belek. While Kadriye’s town centre isn’t particularly large, there are a few decent eateries, a few shops, and a market held every Tuesday.
Belek is surrounded by historical sites, and when you add in the Saklikent Ski Resort, PGA-approved golf courses, blue-flag beaches, and a wide variety of five-star hotels, you can see why this region is on the rise.
